With our “Wash Club Loyalty Card System,” you will never again worry about carrying cash or coins …running out of cash…chasing rolling quarters across the floor…or keeping track of how much you are spending.
 
With our Exchanger, you can use a credit/debit card or even cash to add money to your Wash Club Loyalty Card. If you have funds left on the card, no problem, put your card in your wallet and use it the next time.
 
Use your Wash Club Loyalty Card for all of our washing machines, dryers, vending machines, after hours access, and even washroom access.  Register your card and you may win some great prizes with our in-store promotions.

Exchanger
Instructions

  1. This is a touch-activated screen that gives you instructions, verbally, in writing and in pictograms.
  2. 1st time users just Touch the screen to begin and follow the simple instructions.
    1. Every use afterwards, insert your card and follow the simple on screen instructions.
  3. Choose English or Spanish Language.
  4. Three options will be displayed:
    • Acquire a new card.
    • Check existing card’s balance.
    • Add value to an existing card.
  5. To acquire a new card or add value, you will be prompted to either use cash or a debit/credit card.
  6. You can add any amount of cash, or from $10.00 to $50.00 on your debit/credit card, onto your Wash Club Loyalty Card.
  7. Insert existing card into the X-changer to either add value or check the value on that card.
  8. Watch for our promotions when adding value or using your Wash Club Loyalty Card.

Washer
Instructions

  1. Load machine with items to be washed
  2. Close and lock the door
  3. Select wash cycle
  4. Add desired laundry products
  5. Insert and remove Loyalty Card
  6. Washer will start

Dryer
Instructions

  1. Load machine with items to be dried
  2. Add fabric softener sheet, if desired
  3. Close the door
  4. Insert and remove Loyalty Card
  5. Press “select temperature cycle” button
  6. For additional drying time, insert card again and press temp/cycle and/or “start” button.
